Presenting my work to new audiences is a key part of connecting with the broader design and data vis community. Sharing practices in a different context helps me to step back and look for the birds-eye view. This keeps me interested and exploring in my own day-to-day work, and it creates opportunities for feedback and brainstorming that help to move my work in new directions.
