Are you feeling stuck in your current role, and not sure what’s next? Maybe you’re looking for a new challenge, or you want to explore branching out in a new direction. Or maybe you just want to figure out how to get to the next level in your current role.

I can probably help if you:

  • Just want someone to talk to about what’s next
  • Are developing your personal growth plan and want feedback and a second set of eyes
  • Want to identify areas for growth or improvement
  • Need to brainstorm areas of interest or strength
  • Want to get busy and try some things out, to see what works

I will work with you to figure out where you are right now, where you want to be, and together we will brainstorm ways that you might get there.

Sound like I can help?

I am opening a limited number of sessions for the next 3-4 months at the following rates:

  • Initial consultation: 30 m, free
  • Weekly or monthly 1-h sessions, $150/h
  • Package of 4 sessions: $500

About me:

I’ve spent 25 years helping students and professionals figure out their next steps for success, and how to grow from where they are. I have a rigorous, balanced, empathetic and no-nonsense approach to performance and personal growth.

I cannot find you a job, tell you what you want to do, or magically make things different than they are. I cannot make you find the motivation to create change. I can give active and empathetic listening, and I will reflect back to you what I hear. I give clear and actionable feedback without judgment or shame. I rarely tap my network, but I will help you brainstorm ways to create your own.

Anyone who has worked with me will tell you that I push hard—it’s important to find your edge, and to keep it sharp. I do believe in hard work, but more work is seldom the answer. Pushing yourself to injury or burnout is how you get sick, not how you go fast.
